Founded by visionary agri-graduate Deepak Nawghare in 2017, ‘Falbhumi’ has emerged as a beacon of hope and innovation in the Vidarbha region. Originally established as Nawghare Agro Consultancy, Deepak's firm quickly recognized the untapped potential in the horticulture sector and dedicated itself to transforming the lives of local farmers.

  Our Journey

Deepak Nawghare, a B.Sc. Agri graduate identified a significant challenge faced by farmers in Vidarbha: the complexities of orchid plantation and its rearing. With a passion for horticulture and a deep commitment to improving farmer incomes, Deepak founded Nawghare Agro Consultancy to provide comprehensive agricultural services. These services encompassed orchid consultancy, irrigation supply and maintenance, agri-tourism consultancy, and agri-input selling.

As the consultancy grew, so did the scope and impact of its work. In 2021, Deepak and his dedicated team unified their efforts under the brand 'Falbhumi,' synonymous with excellence and innovation in the horticulture sector. This marked a new chapter in their journey, focused on providing genetically pure and well-grafted guaranteed seedlings of over 50 fruit crops through their nursery. Falbhumi's on-field consultancy services have since become a lifeline for orchid farmers across Vidarbha.

  Our Impact

Since our inception, Falbhumi has significantly impacted the horticulture sector in Vidarbha. We have served over 150 farmers directly, covering over 500 acres of orchid farms. Through our training programs and farm meetings, we have connected with 4000+ farmers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to enhance their agricultural practices. Our efforts have not only improved yields but have also contributed to the sustainable development of the local farming community.
